As you move forward with your transition, it is essential to keep all team members on the same page in how they present your value proposition. Go over brand standards for email, social media posts (including employee’s personal LinkedIn activity), and client conversations so everyone presents the same value proposition across all mediums. Above all, highlight the exciting new services, features, and benefits of your new business model.
